Summary:
Country Intelligence Group is seeking experienced Jira and Confluence Consultants, Sr.
Consultants, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) available for assignment at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
Our Jira and Confluence support team will directly support the implementation of an enterprise-wide deployment of Jira and Confluence by providing subject matter expertise for the customization of Jira and Confluence, developing and delivering end-user training, and providing customer support for end users.
In this role, you will work as part of a team of SMEs and consultants responsible for delivering high quality products related to Jira and Confluence support to the enterprise.
You will facilitate the injection of Jira and subject matter expertise into final work products and prepare them for delivery to the client.
To be successful in this role, you should have the necessary experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Air Force to understand the context of support provided to the clients, and you should be familiar with deployments of Jira and Confluence to a new base of users.
Required Skills and
Experience:
3-10 years of experience with Jira and Confluence experience to include customizing templates.
Ability to assess end-user training needs for Jira and Confluence and translate those into learning objectives for the development of end-user training.
Ability to train new users of Jira and Confluence.
Expertise with troubleshooting Jira and Confluence via email, over the phone, or in-person.
Capability to manage Jira and Confluence user permissions and systems access.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to foster positive working relationships with Government counterparts and project stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to consult other team members and less experienced end users on the appropriate application of Jira and Confluence.
Proficient in MS Office Suite applications Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficient with Excel to perform data evaluation, formulas, analytics, and spreadsheets.
The position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and client leadership.
Other Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or Science, or field related to the subject matter of the project.
Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II (DoD 8570 IAT Level II) Certification.

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
Certification and training in Jira and Confluence is highly desired.
Available for travel as necessary to deliver training.
