Simons in need of child care. As a caregiver or Sidekick you set your own hourly and daily rate and determine the ages and number of kids you'll care for. This is an independent contractor position. Requirements/
Responsibilities:
Must have a valid military ID. Provide exceptional care and supervision for children. Ensure the safety and well-being of children by actively identifying and avoiding potential hazards. Engage children in fun and educational activities, encouraging their curiosity and exploration. Maintain open and clear communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions promptly. Create a positive and welcoming environment for families, fostering a memorable experience for all. Strong observational skills with an eye for identifying potential dangers and ensuring child safety. Ability to adapt and handle various situations in a calm and professional manner. All candidates go through a screening process, including verifying their military affiliation, undergoing a criminal background check, validating any certifications or credentials, and a video discussion with someone from the GetSidekicks team.
