Job Details This Program Manager position will support the Advanced Technology Support Program Contract and the Air and Space Force Solutions business.
They will be responsible for driving a uniform technical and management approach that leverages advanced technologies to meet the requirements of the Department of Defense (DoD) for a quick reaction capability across the spectrum of technology development.
This position will assist with migrating from traditional waterfall methodologies into modern agile, DevSecOps and cloud native software environments.
This position will also support information technology configuration and certification for spatial data systems, developing client-server data analytics platforms and providing project execution support to clients for planning and modernization efforts.
Specifically, this core team leader will be engaging USAF and USSF clients for BAE Systems and leading a team in implementing, development, and sustainment of secure network software.
They will assist in the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems to include test and training applications.
This position will be located at Eglin AFB, FL.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills 10 years' experience (MS with 8 yrs) of direct professional technical Program Management experience in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-discipline aerospace and/or software engineering team environment Use of program management tools, including scheduling, project management, cost, and risk documentation Developing reports, technical documentation, coordinating directly and continuously with senior Business, Customer, Government, and Military officials Support with proposal development, technical writing, and business development pipeline capture activities Proficiency with Agile PM tools such as Atlassian JIRA/Confluence Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in Cloud native and DevSecOps environments Use of visualization solutions for complex business data ecosystems DoD Security Clearance Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$100530 - $170910 Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
