Responsibilities:
Task Execution:
Carry out specialized tasks, such as Carpentry and construction labor in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate and maintain specialized machinery and equipment required for assigned tasks.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations established by both the military base and the employer.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including progress reports, work orders, and any incidents or issues encountered.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other skilled laborers, contractors, and military personnel to achieve project goals.
Security Clearance and Base Access:
Ensure that all required security clearances and access credentials are up-to-date and comply with military base regulations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentConstruction labor experience a bonusPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 lbsStand for extended periodsAbility to work in various weather conditions
