The following list contains specific duties, but is not all inclusive:
Assure access and availability of materials to meet the needs of the patrons Ensure a complete record of all orders is maintained Ensure all new books are cataloged using the OCLC cataloging system Processing of books shall ensure accountability using standard library practices Ensure reference services are provided to all patrons Ensure materials are circulated according to the library automation system procedures The following qualifications are necessary for this position:
Minimum of an Associates in Library Sciences or a related field Knowledge of a body of standardized library rules, procedures, and operations related to one or more library functions such as those used to maintain the collection, locate information, process library materials, or assist clientele with routine inquiries Must have a least one year of verified experience performing similar duties Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English Must be dependable (good attendance) Strong interpersonal working skills are required Must be able to successfully pass the government's background screening process and be authorized to work in the USA RieLes Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
