7K a year 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago RieLes Group, a government support services provider, is currently seeking a Referral Management Lead to support the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Centers (IRMAC) located in the Florida Panhandle at Eglin & Hurlburt Field AFB.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day operations, oversees and manages employees, assists in training and development of staff, reviews and approve timecards Provides clerical/administrative oversight for the IRMAC customer service, referral tracking, appointing, and reporting activities Supports the daily functions of specialty care referral appointing, referral review and coordination, beneficiary counseling and referral tracking at the MTF Schedules appointments in a government computer system for primary care, specialty, and subspecialty medical care Serves as a back-up for the Supervisor at Eglin Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have general office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones Must have general medical ethics, telephone etiquette, written/verbal/electronic communication, and customer service skills Ability to read, understand, speak, and write English fluently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
