Axient is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our customer, the 96 Communications Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida 32542.
US Citizenship and Secret Security Clearance Required The 96 Communication Squadron is comprised of multiple departments and is solely responsible for the 96 Test Wing's communications infrastructure on Eglin AFB, and its many surrounding military structures.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.
Schedule and track meetings.
Conduct research and prepare non-technical statistical reports.
Manage and provide necessary documentation for requests for information.
Support organizational process changes (or improvements).
Maintain Air Force and organizational publications.
Perform office organizational activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's with a minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and clerical functions.
Substitution of experience for education will be considered with government approval.
Be proficient in Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and have knowledge in AF directives and procedures.
Must be able to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group.
Must have ability to quickly understand the customer's overall objectives and mission and provide effective solutions.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capability.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
