Applies knowledge of the environmental sciences (biology, ecology, water treatment, and chemistry), concepts and principals in evaluating and solving environmental problems related to weapons acquisition and mission sustainment.
Uses analytical methods and techniques to analyze a wide range of scientific, legal, environmental protection and/or environmental management issues. Prepares plans, technical guidance, policy statements, oral briefings and program directives for the integration of environmental compliance requirements.
Assists in the use of computers and operating systems to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics and other specialized products; and, assists in the planning, formulating, editing, developing and publishing of reports, briefings, and other presentations.
Advises and assists in the Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP) and with Compliance groups seeking to mitigate concerns arising from proposed testing activities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
