Applicants must have served at least 52 weeks at the GS-09 or higher grade (or equivalent in an alternate pay system) within the Federal Civil Service to be considered for referral. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of a wide variety of weapon sensors including radar, electro-optics, infrared, laser, GPS, INS, and guidance and control systems. 2. Knowledge of a wide variety of instrumentation including seeker gyro packages, reticle optical systems, guidance and control electronics, advanced sensor systems, signal data collection and recording, and telemetry communications (e.g., radio, microwave, fiber optic). 3. Knowledge of weapons systems specifications, maintenance, and operating doctrines to include surface-to-air, air-to-air, and air-to-surface missiles, threat systems, and countermeasure systems. 4. Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop operations and maintenance concepts, principles, practices, and procedures as they apply to guided weapons testing and evaluation. 5. Skill in performing thorough research, planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with leadership, engineers, analysts, and technicians to implement recommendations. 6. Skill in preparing and presenting oral and written proposals to resolve substantive and/or critical problems/issues concerning effectiveness of sensors, threats and simulator systems. 7. Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. and foreign government officials and contractor personnel to design, develop, execute, and analyze weapons and hardware-in-the-loop test and evaluation plans and to evaluate resultant mission data. 8. Ability to perform fundamental interpretation of written Russian language seeker system technical documentation in order to develop accurate and realistic maintenance and operations doctrines. 9. Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct analysis, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations. PART-TIME OR UNPAID

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
